What is included in the price?

By purchasing StoryUntold you will receive:

• Two years to finish your book
• Regular inspirational ideas by email (go at your own pace, we don't charge you if you need longer to finish your book)
• A direct link in each email, so that you don't have to remember your password to access your account
• One full colour, hardback copy of your book including postage and packaging

Can I purchase extra books?

Yes! In fact we encourage you to buy additional copies so your family and friends can enjoy their own copy. Each additional copy is £49.99 (plus postage).

What is your refund policy?

We are only happy if you are! You have 30 days to get a no questions asked refund. If you are purchasing as a gift, the 30 days start on the day you choose for the gift to be delivered. If you are purchasing for yourself, the 30 days start on the date of purchase. Refunds will not be given after the book has been printed.

Can you ship internationally?

Yes, but some countries/territories may cost additional in shipping. Please contact us to ship internationally.

I am outside the UK, can I use StoryUntold?

Currently we are only serving the United Kingdom, but stay tuned as we will be expanding soon.

What happens if I don't respond to an inspirational email?

Absolutely nothing! We want you to enjoy the process of writing your stories, the emails are just suggestions and reminders. All inspirations sent to you will be accessible at any time and we don't print the book until you have confirmed it is ready.

What do the books look like? How customizable is it?

You book will be 6x9 inches (152x229 mm). You can personalize it by changing; layout, font, font size, colour. We recommend experimenting with the options it until it feels right for you.

Can two people share an account with a single email address for different books?

Absolutely. Each regular emailed inspiration will let you know who it intended is for, and you can have multiple books per account.

Can I change the frequency of my emailed inspiration?

Yes. On your dashboard there is a button that will allow you to change the frequency.

What is the word/page limit?

Our page limit is up to 500 pages. You most likely will never hit this limit, but if you do require more pages you can contact us to request additional pages. Individual stories do not have any minimum or maximum word count.

What about photos?

All stories can include as many photos as you would like, as long as the book is kept within the page limit. All photos are printed in colour.

What happens if I send my book to print and I then want to change something?

Please take the time to carefully review the content of your book before printing, as we cannot offer reprints for errors that were present when you sent the book to be printed.
If you are ordering a large number of books, we recommend ordering one copy first. That way, you are able to see the book in person, and can make any necessary corrections on our website before ordering the rest.

Can I edit my book after it's sent to print?

Once you have sent your book to print, you cannot make any changes. However, you can purchase another copy and make changes to that before sending to print.

What languages do you support?

Currently we are only supporting the Latin alphabet.

Can I send the gift at a specific date and time?

Yes! When purchasing as a gift you will have the option to select the date and time when you want the gift email to be delivered.

How secure are my stories? Who can access them?

Don't worry, we've got this covered. Your stories are encrypted and only you can access them.

How long is my data kept?

After completion of your book we will keep your stories for 6 months so you are able to order more copies should you wish. After that we can keep the book ready for you on an ongoing basis for a small monthly charge.
